CSMS is a not for profit society registered in New Delhi with action areas targeted anywhere in India.  It has been given exemption from payment of Income Tax, under section 80 G and 12 A of the Income Tax Act, by Income Tax Authorities. The society strives to work for social and management solutions in the sphere of activities in Public/Private Sectors, Autonomous Organizations, NGOs and local bodies, individuals etc. Affirmative Action, Community Empowerment, Gender Mainstreaming, Healthcare issues, Public Sector Policy and Management, Training and Capacity Building; and Public Financial Management our thrust areas.  Besides working on specific projects, the Centre expects to act as a think-tank for providing policy support to the needy organizations/institutions.

CSMS members and volunteers offer their services for earning resources by consulting; and the net resources earned are used for free helthcare and awareness activities, social awareness, empowerment of wemen and vulnerable groups and so on. Some resources also come by ways of any advertisements in  our Journal.

CSMS also brings out a binnual research quality journal “Social and Management Solutions” that discusses the various issues onthe areas of managment and social solutions.
